Jesus at the Temple

Based on the story of Luke 2:46 where Jesus stays behind to talk with the priests at the temple, this page has two versions. The first version focuses on Jesus's interaction with the adults gathered around him while the second emphasizes the relief Mary and Joseph must have felt upon finding him. My goal in depicting this scene was to ensure the characters looked more Middle Eastern/North African than is usually seen in Western depictions of the Bible.
